Gint export to Excel fail - no records exported

I am trying to Export the logs data to Excel from gINT, apparently No records were exported, the excel file were blank.  can you direct me where the problem is?

  • Some tables in your database have names > 31 char in length.  In the past gINT could deal with this gracefully by truncating the sheet name, but in recent versions it doesn't and in your situation it exported nothing. Bentley Systems knows about these problems and have chosen not to fix them.
