Hi,
We have gint professional latest version. Lately gint fails to produce long sections to PDF if there are more than 5 holes per page. The progress window just disappears after random percentage. When repeating the output, once out of ten we can get lucky to get the PDF after a while (at least 10 mintues).
Even for long section just with a couple of holes, the subsequent output is significantly slower than the first output. So we have to close gint and reopen it to produce the next section in an acceptable speed.
But our biggest issue is not able to get the long sections with more than a couple of holes after repeating attempts.
We really need immediate help with this.
Regards
Ting
Can you take a screen shot of the OUTPUT window like you normally would have it set for what you're trying to print?
I hope it's okay me adding to the OP's query, I believe we are having the same issue..
We are having issues exporting Trial Pit logs and Core runs where I work, and likely will have issues exporting other photo logs. This was working perfectly fine to my knowledge last week. Up till then we had no problems exporting logs in batches of 5 BHs (around 20 JPEGs in total). However some of our computers can't even export 1 BH log..
Our average JPEG sits at around 5mb. So I had a go at reducing the file sizes of a number of photos and tried to produce the logs with no luck.. Here are a few of the error messages I received (hopefully similar to Ting Zhang's):
Any suggestions gratefully received.

No error message like Edmund's. The progress window just disappears.
My original gINT file with all the holes for the project is about 30MB, after I make various files including just holes along the individual alignment I need to export and reduce each file size by half, I can finally produce some long sections. However, it still becomes much slower after first export and still fail the export when there are more than a few holes (sometimes I can get lucky after reopening the files a few times).
This is my output screen:
Try changing your scales. Currently you have the vertical scale at 1 unit = 0.5 units for vertical. This would be like 1" = 0.5' in output and your horizontal scale is 1 unit = 1 unit. This is like 1" = 1' in output. That's a lot for the system to handle.
I usually Output at 10 for vertical and some common engineering scale like 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, or 100 for the horizontal.
This may not be the issue, but you may want to try and reinstall you MS Access database engine. I have had some odd errors that were solved by doing that, and it is easy to do.
