Plotting a well that is screened at two separate intervals

Hello, 
 I'm trying to construct a borehole log for a pumping well that was screened at two separate intervals (i.e., 1 well pipe, and 2 screened intervals). 
 Below is an image of the well construction... 
 
 If I add another line with a distinct Well ID in the "Well" tab, gINT produces a borehole log with two well pipes in one borehole. 
 If I add another line with the same Well ID (as it should be), gINT gives me an error about duplicate Well IDs. 
 Thoughts?

Without going too deeply into the labels and how to do telescopic wells. I will just touch on how to show 1 well pipe, and 2 screened intervals , which should just be data entry. 
 You should just be able to enter data for a single ID with two screen symbols at the appropriate depth ranges. 
 
 A lot of assumptions here. I am assuming you are using one of our standard file sets. Keep in mind the database (where and how you enter data) , the symbols and layouts of the reports are all customizable and may be different in the files your organization has created or edited. 
 Here is the data entry that should allow you to show 2 screens (again assuming you are using standard files). the symbols may not exactly match but you can create your own in the SYMBOL DESIGN .. Well section 
 
 This would be the entry for B-1
