I a working with a existing log and am try in to get the Dry Density value to show up on the log.
It appears that there is
<<User System Data.Rep_Water_Content>>
I see on the Text Tables tab
<<FirstData(_ <<WC DENSITY.Dry_Density>>,_ <<UNCONF COMPR.Dry_Density>>,_ <<CONSOLIDATION.Dry_Density>>_)>>
Cant seem to get the value to show up on the log though.
This trunk monkey is going wrong somewhere.
Ideas
In the report deign for the log report, open the entity for the column for DUW and check the Text expression and depth expression property in the main tab. The text expression should reference the same user report variable if that is what you want to see.

This worked like a charm.. I discovered that I can place the crosshair inside the entity, and do a double click and open up the entity property dialog
