how do I shift the table headings to begin after the page header from second page onwards?

You will have to either adjust the report properties to adjust the page body height or you can choose to not have page header from page 2 onwards.
To adjust the page body height, go to your Report Design and select your report from the yellow pull down. Then click on the properties icon which looks like a hand holding a paper that should be just left of the report template name. Go to Report structure tab and adjust Body height for page 2.
If you want to not have page header appear from page 2 onwards, go to the Report Design and select your report from the yellow pull down. Open the header block that appears next to the template. Change the page range options.
