When I click on the gINT file, it ask me to browse the library file. Can you please share the library file.
Can you give us a screen shot of what shows up when you click the change Library? Do a file search on your system for any file with extension .glb and then File | Change Library and then select it. Your company has their library created already, right? The library will have your logs layout, etc. There is a standard out of the box library that comes with gINT. default install on mine is C:\Program Files (x86)\gINT\libraries\gint std us lab.glb
Hello, we are having a similar issue with a few users. Unfortunately after you hit okay, GintCL never loads to the screenshot you are showing. It only makes you try to choose the library, after which we try to choose it and it goes into a never ending cycle loop saying to pick the library again. What we have found, is that repairing (or reinstalling) the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 from Control Panel usually fixes it short term but it happens again and again for the same users so we want to see if there was a more permanent fix made for this?
