Installed 10.03 version Gint on 2 new windows 11 PCs. Installs Ok. opens to gINT splash screen then closes. Same problem on both pcs. Any advice on how to fix please?

Installed Gint on 2 new windows 11 PCs. Installs Ok. opens to gINT splash screen then closes. does this on both pcs. repaired database still opens then closes. connection client uptodate and connected correctly.

Any advice on how to fix please?
