I see that alignments can only be imported from landxml files. Right now, I'm trying to georeference a pdf in arcmap, make some features and turn them into an alignment in gint. Probably this will require export to a text file, then cut and paste into gint. How hard is it to emulate the creation of a landxml file by geopak? Is there a link to a sample landxml setup? Do you think I should just stick with cutting and pasting?
Hi
You can see theLandXML standard here http://landxml.org/
I recommend using import or copy paste of E,N data, it would be a big effort to create a LandXML file.
Maybe you should ask ESRI if they can export a LandXML file?
