output printing gives fatal error in latest version

Hi

I've updated gINT with V8i Ss1 verion 08.30.03.77

I open it and it works well, but when I try to print or configurate printer the program crashes.

Then I have to restar the program.

What's the problem with output? Has anybody had any problem like that in this version?

Please help

Thanks

  • 1. Try assigning a different printer to reports using REPORTS DESIGN | File > Set printer for reports...

    2. Try setting a different default printer in windows

  • It doesn't work at all. I've tried everything.

Every time I try to set the impression the program crashes (also in REPORTS DESING )

I've reinstalled the current version and either.

    What can I do?

system properties at output are these:

In my printer list I have a printer called "gINT pdf exporter". What's the matter about this pinter? maybe there the issue

  • "gINT pdf exporter" - this is from gINT 8.20.X.X, it is no longer used.  If you had a clean PC, this would not be there.

Based the screen shots in your first post I can't see how this is related to PDF generators.  Why do think this is related?

Check you have the latest driver for the printers, and the driver is applicable for your OS i.e. 32 or 64 bit.

I think you need to talk with Bentley Technical Support at this point.
