Multiple graphs in one report

Hello there,

Im looking for a way in gINT to present multiple graphs in one report (a4). I noticed there is a way for multiple frames per sheet where it allows you to print more than one graph, but only under the condition as long as the independent data axis is the same.

I cant find anywhere the possibility of creating more graphs with different independant data axis (in this case the X-axis) in the same report. Does anyway know how to achieve this?

Thanks in advance!

  • This capability is now native in gINT v8i, at least at the Professional Plus license level. It is in the current release version, v8i SS1. The description in Help says only, “This property allows you to select one or multiple reports to overlay onto the master report to create multi-graph reports.” The topic in the current Help file that covers this in depth is “Multi-Graph_Reports”.

It is a Property of a Graph report, in the General tab, to select Overlaid Reports. The Overlaid Reports need to be of the same report application (Graphs), and they must be designed to be overlaid.

That being said, since the overlaid report/s are defined separately, they can have different independent data axes.

  • I have tried to set this function up bu every time I try to output or pdf export gint crashes.  I was told this will be fixed in the next version.  I hope, I like the concept and functionality.

  • The multi graph report feature has limitations.  An unrestricted approach is to export many reports to one gdw page, that is how I made this example.  The Datgel Output Tool can automate the gdw export approach.
