Hi all,
I'm getting this message when I try to print: "Failed to set up Paper Sourse, setting previous printer".
I'm using Win7 64bit and I was resently updated to gINT built 08.30.03.77. This error occurs as soon as you select print (output tab) regardless of the default printer. Note that I only have network printers.
Any ideas?
Does anyone know if this was resolved? I am beginning testing using Version 8.30.03.77 and am experiencing the same problem.
Scott, the earlier reply from Kathleen in Tech Support indicates:
This issue has been reported by a handful of users in build 08.30.03.77. We think we have a fix for it but, as we've not been able to replicate the problem, we are not sure if our fix will work. There will be a new beta build in the next few days that will have this potential fix. When it is ready, I'll email you a link to download it.
Provision of a beta version happens through Technical Support. Please contact them to report this issue - your experience may provide the clues that allow programming to resolve this problem!
Kathleen in Tech Support tells me that this issue is now resolved. If anyone else is experiencing this issue with the release version, you can call Tech Support to receive the Beta version that fixes it.
There is no need to contact Tech Support for a fix. Any of the builds of gINT currently available for download on SelectServices, http://selectservices.bentley.com/en-US/, will fix this problem.
