Hey, I am trying to setup gINT-ArcGIS toolbar on ArcGIS v10.1?
I have not had any success installing it on 3 PC's which I want it to work on.
Amusingly my PC which I have not need for the toolbar it has installed.
Does anyone have any advice on how they did it?
Hello Mark,
Phil Wade also contacted us on your behalf. I've sent him what you will need to fix this.
In case anyone else has this problem, gINT 8.30.03.185 or newer is required for ArcGIS 10.1. This build has not been posted on SELECTservices. You will need to contact Tech Support to obtain it.
If, after installing 8.30.03.185 or newer, the Toolbar still does not appear, the ArcGIS configuration file may be missing. Look in C:\Program Files (x86) or C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Configuration\CATID for this file: \{cc7a5323-42d5-488f-a9f5-023d8e4e9cd5}_gintarcgistoolbar.ecfg. If is is missing download the attached file. Unzip and save it to that location. If the folders are missing, create the folders.
If you like, Tech Support will gladly walk you through these steps.

Kathleen,
I see the version 8.30.03.185. Was that supposed to be 8.30.03.135?
Hi,
I accessed one of the GIS PC's and uninstalled gINT, I then installed gINT version 8.30.03.187 as provided.
It still did not install a gINT toolbar into ArcGIS.
I did follow the second procedure you suggested and copied the attached file to the C:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcGIS\Desktop10.0\Configuration\CATID folder.
After that I was then able to turn on the extension and add the toolbar.
Thanks
Mark Kleinman
Glad to hear it! Thanks for letting us know.
