User Dialog Picture Items in gINT Rules

Does the gINT Rules language support the use of picture items within user dialogs? User dialogs function as in other VBA platforms, but I cannot seem to pull picture items to display in the dialog box. The function I would like to use is:

Sub Main
Begin Dialog UserDialog 200,120
    Picture 10,10,180,75,"C:\WINDOWS\BLUEQUESTIONMARK.BMP", 0
    OKButton 80,90,40,20
    End Dialog
    Dim dlg As UserDialog
    Dialog dlg ' show dialog (wait for ok)
End Sub
