I am trying to help out a colleague in another state with some issues he is having with his gINT. he has sent me a project file and library file. but whenever I try to output I keep getting this message below. however he is having no problem with the output on his computer. does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Please go to Help>About gINT and tell me the exact version number. Ask your colleague what version he is on.

Sorry I did not get back to you sooner. your response went to my junkmail folder and I just saw it today.
my version is "Ss1 Version 08.30.03.123" and my colleague's is "Ss2 Version 08.30.04.206"
Ss2 Version 08.30.04.206 is the latest. Would you be able to install that? There's a good chance it will fix this problem. If not, we'll need to look at your files.
How would I go about installing the latest version?
