Hello. I currently have about 14 custom reports created, however two are taking an extremely long time to output. These are:
-Stephen.
Hi Stephen
Please see this page https://docs.datgel.com/gint/knowledge-base/gint-reporting-and-navigation-speed
Your PCs probably have decent CPUs, so look at the data access speed first. gINT is sensitive to the environment.
I think your company paid Datgel for select. If that is corrected I could test your library and project and provide more specific recommendations.

Get the most out of gINT with Datgel Tools.
Phil, I'm speechless, thank you very much. After so much digging around trying to find the source the magic answer was in "Ensure your report code is not generating errors and doesn't have calculations happening on every line, e.g. calculating something for every reading of a CPT.".
Nearly every one of our data points had a minor calculation, after removing this and slightly modifying our database structure to accommodate not having calculations I have gone from outputting a 100m CPT in 6 minutes to about 18 seconds. The only drawback is my OnSave script takes an extra 2 seconds to run.
Is gINT going to move to allowing more than one core in the future? This seems like a massive limitation in software which handles so much data.
Nice post thanks for sharing……
