Data from previously working Holebase/Civil3D profile is missing after updating to (OpenGround Compatibilty version)

Data from previously working Holebase/Civil3D profile is missing after updating to (OpenGround Compatibilty version)

Label information such as offset, ground level and some hole locations are not showing properly in the profile.

Is there a guide to working with pre-OpenGround documents without losing info?

Hi Martyn,

We ending up resolving the issue by recreating a new surface, and regenerating. Otherwise seems to be working OK.
