How do you get assistance with Holebase, formerly from Keynetix

There is no visible way to contact anyone and link in Holebase only goes to fomer Keynetix, how do you get technical support?

There are a few more steps to get help now. You can either post on this forum or: 
 1. Click on "Support" at the top of this page.

2. Click "Service Request Manager"

3. Create a service request, find "Holebase" in the dropdown list.
