Is there a way to raise tickets for HoleBASE?

Holebase is no longer 'supported' by BentleyThey want you to buy OpenGround, that's the replacement product.
Apologies that your experiencing issue's creating a support request. HoleBASE is still very much supported. I'll contact you directly to look at your issue
