OpenGround AGS schedule not working properly

Hi,

I've prepared laboratory schedule (HoleBASE SI type) within our OpenGround Cloud database (AW_SPA cloud). The exported AGS data file is missing the columns showing the sample details. The same applies for the for the Testing Schedule Details grid within the database - the columns with sample details are missing. However, the schedule looks correct within the "Manage Schedule" feature. On top of that, I can't log the issue via Bentley Connection Client due to an error. Would you be able to resolve the issue with AGS schedule for me? This is an urgent issue as we need to be issuing schedules for chemical testing.
