We too have the same problem. We are using KeyAGS Excel Addin that has stopped working today as it seems to think it is the 'free' version. When I try to reimport the licence (.gol), it fails either due to the licence 'cannot be read' or 'is not valid'. Can you please help to rectify?

If you run Excel as admin, the apply your licence - that worked for me!
