I am having issues importing some CSV files into Holebase Standard.
The files validate fine when trying to import. Then when I hit the 'next' key Holebase crashes.
I know that there is nothing wrong with the CSV files as I got someone at another company to try importing them and they worked fine.
In the past I would have upgraded Holebase to the latest version as a first try at solving this, but it appears that I don't have permission to do this or anything else through the Bentley website and no one at this end knows anything about this new support system, or who is managing it at our end. The good old days of being able to email or phone the support team are missed greatly.
Can you send me an example CSV file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Which software are you using. Is it still the desktop builds or Connect ?
