Abbreviations - ABBR

Hi 

I have had some queries regarding an AGS export for a job that I cannot understand regarding Abbreviations.

"ABBR. This should contain definitions of abbreviations used for SAMP_TYPE and ISPT_TYPE. This needs to be checked when the information is added to those fields. NB Actual definitions of abbreviations should be given in ABBR_DESC, not simply a repetition of the abbreviation in ABBR_CODE."

I have addressed some points which included adding in 'D' for the Sample Type and 'S' for the SPT Type as part of this query, so in doing so will the above be sorted or do i need to do anything else to check?
