No Connect version I'm afraid, please see the info we send out to users regards to purchasing KeyAGS

We’ve reduced the KeyAGS SELECT from £78 per licence to zero. KeyAGS is being deprecated. There will be no further releases or updates and it will not support AGS 4.1 or any future varients of the AGS file format. Your staff will still be able to use your perpetual licence and our reduced KeyAGS support is being provided this year for zero cost. So if you have KeyAGS licenses KeyAGS is included on your renewal at no cost.
