We didn't set a meeting up yet - we were trying to get all the common fixes done first (uninstalling, reinstalling, etc) before.

That way, i eliminate the time consuming loop between my IT org and your developers.

I know that my IT ppl are going to ask if the application has been tested for compatibility with 64-bit M365 Office products. Has keyLAB been tested for compatibility with Excel 64-bit version in M365?

Wasn't there a meeting booked to look at this issue with development? We have not had anyone else report this issue
