Hi,I'm setting up a new holebase database for one of our business units. To do this I've exported our existing Configuration Pack (*.hbp) then tried to import it into the new database. This runs for about 30 - 40mins then crashes and the config fails to import.
I have had success with importing a default configuration (Australia Default) so it must be an issue with the custom config pack we're using.Can I please get some help resolving this issue? As I need this config imported to maintain our data profiles and templates.

Thanks for the config pack. I have imported the file without issue. I would need to try and repeat in your cloud. Can you or your Cloud administrator create an account in your cloud with admin rights and send the welcome email to mel.towler@bentley.com please
