HolebaseSI CSV input error 'Key field validation failed - duplicate key fields found'

Hi, 

I am trying to manually import some historic environmental contaminant testing data into HolebaseSI. I am getting an error with all but 6 of the samples. I can't work out what is wrong - I think everything matches up in the sample information. Would someone be able to look at the CSV file to help me work out what it doesn't like?

    Hi Charlotte, 

    I've had a quick look. Can you try adding a sample ID to each record on both sheets and see if it helps. 

    You can test this with a single record. Make copies of the CSV, in those copies delete all the records apart from 1 in each file, ensuring its the same record in both. Add the Sample ID to both and then see if those CSV files import. If they do, continue to make the same edits to the other records.
