Nothing changed since last operation last week, however the company logo and geology hatch patterns are no longer visible on our logs.
Having the same issue here, only on one of our pcs though.Tried a full reinstall of HoleBase Standard Connect Edition, appears to display the logo and legend if I choose to Save as PDF the report log, just when viewing via the app it does not show
We are having the same issue from Friday 16th Dec also.
This was reported to me this morning. Affecting all sites & users. Appears to be graphical output so company logo, log legends, mapping backgrounds, mapping symbols and cross section legends are all affected. Data input and storage appears unaffected.
Thanks for asking about this. The problem was caused by a windows update. We have now found this workaround.
