Can't log a support ticket as can't get past the Account field. Nothing in there to select, but it's a required field. Stupid.

I can see that you have HoleBASE licenses, but they are still on the old licensing system. In this instance, you would need to migrate over to HoleBASE Connect, but as your Maintenance Agreement has expired, you won't be able to migrate.
