Hi,Do you have a list of common error messages and fixes for them?I had a look in your wiki and couldn't see anything.I have a staff member getting "No cloud connections available...." I have logged a ticket for him in the Service Request Manager but i thought a wiki of errors and their fixes could save us both some time.

Sorry we don't have a list of errors. The error the user is getting though I believe is related to user rights. I had another user with this issue and I'm waiting on a reply to find out what IT changed on the users account. I'll update the post once I hear back.

Spoke to Mel - for anyone else reading this the issue for me was that I didn't have a Professional username assigned. I've had one set up by my administrator now and its working normally.
