Hi,
I had a look though the wiki and this one almost answers my question.
https://communities.bentley.com/products/geotechnical1/w/wiki/48164/how-to-import-documents-as-bulk-into-openground-cloud-professional
But my problem is that I want to load files for multiple Locations.
Not just 1 location.
Our project teams edit their test pit and core photos in bulk prior to loading for inclusion in their logs
How do I get those photos in without telling them 1 location at a time?
Thanks
Mark Kleinman
Hi Mark,
I think you would need to AGS import, if you have the AGS file with the locations in a folder, and along side it a folder called "FILES", add the images to the FILES folder and have them named the same as the locations they are assigned to. They should import with the AGS to each location. If you have problems with it though please let me know.

When the files are imported into OpenGround is this data then saved in the cloud? or are the files read from the local location. Is it possible to upload these files via the webportal as opposed to saving them somewhere local?
Also I note that the above link to the wiki no longer works, is this guidance saved elsewhere?
Hi Angela,
Yes the photos are loaded into the OpenGround Cloud database, not like gINT and left locally.Yep that link is broken.
