OpenGround Cloud Data Collector requires a license. The license model is per device, so the same tablet can be used by more than one colleagues within an organization, based on project's demands.

Sorry, I'm still confused about licensing, can you clarify if the single device license requires an additional purchase? The link implies that all you need is an OpenGround Cloud account. There is no information there about license cost per unit that I can find.

You should reach out to Kevin@dataforensics.net - they have a great app called pLog for recording borehole data that integrates with gINT, OpenGround and HoleBASE. So no matter which application you need your data in you should be able to use the same app for that.
