Can you check if there are any Windows updates that need installing. Delete any files in this location: C:\ProgramData\Keynetix.Cloud\HoleBASE\ServiceCache and make sure you have full security roles assigned to the OpenGround.config file in folder: C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenGround
