My Excel extension sheet keeps freezing on the first hurdle after I click ‘projects’ and it’s been like this for a while now – even after an update.
I think another colleague might have the same issue. Has this happened for anyone else and is there a quick fix?

Thanks for asking about this, make sure all Windows Updates are up to date and try again. Failing this please raise an SR an we can take a look with you.
