I am attempting to construct a follow-on page for my boring log template that does not make use of the header section, but I seem to be unable to completely remove the header section through the "Template Setup" window. The most I can do is reduce the header size to 2mm, but this still leaves a gap at the top the page when I produce a boring log. Is there a way to remove, or deactivate, the header section for follow-on pages that I am not seeing? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid it's not possible to completely remove the Header area. You could make it blank and turn off the page borders, this will give the effect of the header area being part of the top margin
