Cannot edit lab test schedules (HoleBASE SI) in open Ground cloud Professional v10.0.1.791

Hello,

I am having issues opening a test schedule I created. When I go to manage schedule and select the desired schedule to edit tests, its is returning me an error - " unknown error, please contact support". Did anybody else get this error ? If anybody knows how to resolve it please post it here, it really helps !
