Hi,
I am trying to import a CSV file for "Location Details" using a CSV template produced by exporting the Location Details grid to CSV. I have added several custom header fields to the configuration pack, which show up in the template file upon export. However, data entered into the custom fields does not get imported back into OpenGround, whereas the "out of the box" fields are imported without issue. The image below shows the warning messages that display through the import wizard. Anyone know a way to get this working?

Hi Tim, thanks for the details. You need to add the CSV import mapping for the custom fields. GO back to where you added the fields, select a field and Edit. Then select "Mapping" and assign an import mapping. Repeat this for each field.
