I have previously had a professional version of OpenGround but it is now too expensive. I still have a project set as 'current' which is relic from the professional browser. The data entry app does not let me change a project to or from 'current'.
As it is no longer an active project, I would like to remove it from my list of current projects and add a new project as my current. It would seem reasonable that someone who is entering data might be doing so on the same project consistently, so would need a 'current' project on the data entry app.
Hi Adam,
Thanks for asking about this. You can only set/remove a project as current in HoleBASE.
Open HoleBASE and select the project, then select the "Toggle Current" option from the ribbon. This will remove that selected project as current, you can then assign another. You can also set multiple projects as current.

Hi Martyn, do you mean to say HoleBASE? I'm not sure how this would work as there aren't licences anymore. Can I log in to HoleBASE with Bentley?
Thanks. Either way, if its OG or HoleBASE CE desktop you can use the toggle current option to select which projects are current.
Okay - I'm glad that it is still a feature but it seems there is a problem with our version then. Nobody with the BOG Data Entry can change currency of projects - only those people with the Professional licence.
Thats right, you cant do it from Data Entry but can through Professional. Are you able to login to another users professional? You can then toggle current and continue in Data Entry.
We did try this, but it loads the professional users current projects instead.
Hi Adam, You would still need to login to HoleBASE with your account on the colleagues PC. That way the setting should be for you when you set it.
Thanks Martyn
