I am trying to import data via a CSV file into our client's Cloud for an OpenGround project file on their cloud. However, using Professional, under the transfer portion of the Data Tab set, there is only one option, "Export Data". Based on the tutorial online, there should be four options, which includes Import Data. I am able to enter data manually in OpenGround Professional (and Data Entry), which means I have writing access to the file. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks.

Hi Richard, It sounds like your account is restricted. Can you contact your Professional SystemAdmin and get them to adjust your access so allow importing.
