This is two separate issues, that may be related. I am looking for an answer to why these occur and if they can be avoided.
1. Page border thickness size keeps getting reset to 0.5. I was working on this template and these two quick logs were printed 4 hours apart. I am not sure if this is related to the corrupted borders bug. In this scenario I didn't want to set strip borders to 1.4 thickness because they might get shuffled around, therefore I am relying on the master template page border thickness to keep my page border the same. This occurs several times a week.
2. When working on OG Template Studio for a long time, occasionally the borders will get corrupted. See screenshot below. There is no way to fix this error besides manually resetting all affected borders. This has occured for me ~5 times in the past month.

This isn't something we have had reported before and both issues could be related. Can you log this as a Service Request with all the details needed to repeat? I'll then take a look and log it for a fix if need be.

Yes I'll report this. I don't know why the error occurs so I don't have details on how to repeat it.
I have determined one method to purposely recreate the page border thickness reset. If you open the Template Setup window, and hit 'Ok' then the page border thicknesses will automatically reset to 0.5. This will still happen if you did not actually change any settings within Template Setup. This does not occur if you hit cancel. I'm fairly certain this is not the only instance where this reset occurs.... but one down.
