Upload portal - Single project access

Question

Hi, 
 I'm setting up access to the upload portal for external contractors to queue AGS data imports for single projects, but don't want them to see other projects. 
 I've not been able to find specific guidance on the Wiki page for this. I have tried creating a separate security group for a contractor with just 'queue import' rights, but this doesn't work as no projects are visible. Please can you advise on the workflow to grant single project access on the upload portal?

 I -think- this is what you're looking for, see screenshot of OpenGround Professional below. Bentley does monthly webcasts that sometimes have answers to these types of questions. One of the webcasts covers 'Adding Users and Assigning Roles', in that webcast there are the following special notes on user access. 
 
 When a new project is created, all users on the system will be given access 
 When a new user is created, they will need to be given access to existing projects. 
 
 I am not sure if there is a way to bypass these default settings, as you'll have to remember to remove access for the contractors every time you create a new project.

Hi Matt, I think the best option is to open the project they need access to and go to Project>Project Access, you can then give them access to that single project. If they need access to multiple project's, you can go to System>Manage Users>Select the user>User Access. Then assign the projects they need access to.
