Civil 3D Extension - Error when bringing in another location group

Question

When attempting to bring in another location group into an existing Civil 3D model the error below is given

Unfortunately an error occurred while checking for changes. Is there any further information on the error message and what could have caused it?

Hi Rob, I wonder if it's a problem with the group. Can you try recreating the Location Group and then try again. If you have further problems, please log the issues as a Service Request. We can then take a closer look.
