"Task is queued for processing by the server"

The server is queuing data that I am trying to import into OpenGround. Therefore, I don't seem to be able to import data of any form, such as AGS and CSV data. Is there a work around for this or ways of ending previous tasks that may be causing a jam? Below is what is a screenshot of what the import is saying.
