&lt;p&gt;1) the new user is added to the user management of Bentley by the admin.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2) if this user also has been added to their cloud database.&amp;nbsp; If so, make sure the email id&amp;#39;s on the cloud matches with Bentley&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3) If the user is not added to their cloud then they need to add them.&amp;nbsp; For this they need to reach out to their Cloud admin and have then log into OG Pro, and add this new user with email id matching with Bentley&amp;#39;s.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
