Timothy, make sure of the following:

1) the new user is added to the user management of Bentley by the admin.

2) if this user also has been added to their cloud database. If so, make sure the email id's on the cloud matches with Bentley's.

3) If the user is not added to their cloud then they need to add them. For this they need to reach out to their Cloud admin and have then log into OG Pro, and add this new user with email id matching with Bentley's.
