We have a new user who is receiving a licensing error when trying to open the Launcher. The error message is the same as discussed in this article: The OpenGround Launcher says "no licenses are available" - OpenGround Wiki - OpenGround | gINT | Keynetix - Bentley Communities
We have set this user up in the same way we have done for all other users, and this is the first time we have had this occur. We are not using named user licenses.
