Some other users in my company are seeing weird blank blotches obscuring the PDF log preview. It isn't happening to me, but multiple others have seen it.
Only difference I can think of is that they are on Windows 11 and I'm still on 10.Has anyone found a resolution for this?
No problem! I forgot to note that I am also on Windows 10, but still have the issue.

I can't confirm myself since I'm not seeing the issue on Windows 10. Other users tell me the issue doesn't happen if you actually print to PDF, only in preview.
This occurs in all programs, Data Entry, Professional, and Template Studio. This has been happening for me for the entirety of my time working on OpenGround since last October.
Zooming in and out does not fix it. The problem does not transfer to the PDF, if the QuickLog is saved to PDF.
Hi, I've been investigating this and some other similar issues. Can you see if zooming in and out on the preview fixes the preview? Can you also confirm if it happens in the PDF output?
Is this just in PRO or in TS as well?

This is an issue for me as well, but it only appears on the QuickLog. Once you print to PDF do the white spots still appear?
