Error Producing Log Report "Log report generation is still in progress."

Hello, 

I am trying to use the API to create log reports, but I get a 400 response saying 

"Log report generation is still in progress." That seems weird to me because when I check the status of the task, it shows it is complete.

I am following the same steps as in How to Produce a Log Report - OpenGround Wiki - OpenGround | gINT | Keynetix - Bentley Communities

Any pointers?
