You cant set the defaults. That is a nice enhancement request.&nbsp;</p> <p>Q2. I&#39;ve checked this but its also not possible. It seems we can do it for Location details inside a project but not at system level for the projects. This would also be an enhancement request.&nbsp;</p> <p>Q3.This is the same as Q2, it seems we have no control over this at system level.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>I will add these enhancement items so we will hopefully see these as features in the future.&nbsp;</p> <p></p> <p>Martyn</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
