It's more of a work around than an actual fix. The original issue is still logged as a bug

Open Template Studio, select a project, then select the template. Click on Design>Template Setup. At the bottom of the screen, in the Depth Area, change the Plot Area to one mm smaller, then Ok the change. Save the template. Repeat to change the Plot area back to what it was, then save the change. This should them remove the over lapping lines at the bottom of the template
