&lt;p&gt;The offset and chainage should be the same as using the station/offset alignment label (i.e. perpendicular to the closest point on the alignment). Sometimes the extension won&amp;#39;t update the point properties properly if the alignment is moved after creation. One solution to try is to have the profile &amp;quot;Rebuild&amp;quot; the points and headers, one way is to change the profile style and switch it back. This causes the extension to rebuild all the strips and recalculate the header values.&lt;/p&gt;
