When creating a column for showing discontinuities in a log with line symbols I am using the "Discontinuity" options in template studio (Fig. 1)
^Figure 1.
When using this option I can create a column that shows lines representing discontinuities but depending on the angle the lines do not cross the entire graphic column in the preview pane (Fig. 2).
^Figure 2.
Furthermore, When I go into the quicklog option on Open Ground professional the same discontinuity graphic column is displaying differently than the preview pane is in template studio. (I am using the same template for both views). In the quicklog view the graphed lines are even shorter than in the template studio preview (Fig. 3). In figure 3 you can now see that even the lower angle line at 21.5 ft does not extend all the way across the column.
^Figure 3.
I have looked on the wiki and have not found a setting that would make the lines extend from one side of the column to the other regardless of angle (which is what I ultimately want). Is this a bug in the program or does anyone know how I can fix this issue?
I figured out the issue. If the discontinuities are cutting off like this it is because the line drawn for the discontinuity cuts off at whatever depth the base of the discontinuity is set for regardless of the angle given.

If you go in to template editor>graphic column properties> select "Final Depth" on the "Base" dropdown menu and it should fix the problem for the depth of your entire borehole.
